Video Update for May 2016 to August 2016
So over the last few years, I have been working out and experimenting with my diet. Recently, in May 2016, I decided to go back to a workout plan that worked for me in 2012. I am also tracking my diet to really reach that goal. This monthly video series will document my progress towards that goal.
And if you want to know exactly why 10% body, that’s where you can see a huge change in body composition. You can have a better looking body without making much change to the abs or the chest. You can see an example of different body fat percentages in males below…

I Lost 12.4lbs from May 9 to August 31,2016 (200.6lbs to 187.2lbs)

Q) Why did you stop the previous challenges last updated in April at 14%? What happened?
A) Previously I was measuring my own body fat using calipers and I always figured I was mismeasuring. Once I got a new scale that measured body fat % and it came up as 22%, I knew I needed to start from scratch. Hence the fresh start in May along with detailed tracking.
