Product Manager II — Internal Platforms (Aya Healthcare)

Product Manager II fit — Internal Platforms (Aya Healthcare)

I streamline internal operations by turning discovery into shippable specs, clean backlogs, and smooth rollouts.

Recent focus: Clinical Documentation, Revenue Cycle, and cross-team internal tooling.

What I bring: discovery → backlog clarity → PO Review (UAT) → enablement, with steady capacity and higher throughput.

Quick Facts

  • Location: Philadelphia, PA (remote)
  • Role target: Product Manager II (Internal Platforms)
  • Tooling: Jira • Confluence • HubSpot (workflows/automations/webhooks/APIs) • Auth0/SSO • Miro

Metrics Strip

  • Velocity: ~11 story points per sprint
  • Throughput: +48% items/sprint (2022–2024)
  • Scope delivered: 284+ features | 884 stories (Jan 2023–Jan 2025)
  • Ticket deflection (CDS notes): 90%+ fewer internal support tickets
  • Intake triage (RCM): from more than 30 min to less than 60 seconds

Case Highlights

Clinical Documentation Specialists (CDS) Self-Documenting Notes

  • Problem: Support tickets & handoffs slowed decisions across 17 CDS'.
  • What I did: Standardized HubSpot decision notes; automation hooks across 30+ dynamic criteria.
  • Outcome: 90%+ reduction in internal support tickets & cross-team syncs; faster first-contact resolution.

RCM Intake URL Auto-Capture

  • Problem: Investigations stalled on “which form did the user submit?”
  • What I did: Auto-captured the source URL on every intake; surfaced in triage.
  • Outcome: Investigation time >30 min → <60 sec; duplicate research tickets effectively eliminated.

Sale Exchange (RICE-Prioritized) Initiative

  • Problem: Legacy, multi-team workflow impacting at least 1–5 shipments/week.
  • What I did: Discovery → AC/DoD → PO Review (UAT) with managers → enablement (notes, Slack).
  • Outcome: Target >80% on-time adoption at launch; follow-ups at 2/4/8 weeks to lock in improvements.

How I Work (Product Craft)

Discovery → Specs

Interviews, task analysis, journey maps → epics/stories with clear AC/DoR/DoD; decision logs and scope boundaries visible in Confluence.

Backlog & Delivery

SME for internal tooling; grooming/planning/review cadence; maintain 2+ sprints of ready work; steady velocity with higher item throughput (smaller batches, clearer AC).

PO Review (UAT)

Story-level test scenarios + Confluence checklists; stakeholder testing and sign-off; hypercare plan.

Rollout & Enablement

Release notes, 3-min explainers, Slack announcements/Q&A, office hours; first 30–45 days post-launch monitoring (cycle time, reopens, tickets, adoption proxies) with bi-weekly iteration.

Lightweight Product Ops

Central intake, discovery checklist, AC/spec templates, UAT readiness, release calendar, hypercare; Jira/Confluence dashboards for async visibility.

Integrations

Auth0/SSO (role-based access, least-privilege), HubSpot automations/webhooks/APIs (data integrity, fewer manual touches).

Selected Scale

  • 284+ internal features from discovery through deployment (Sales, Marketing, Ops, RCM, Clinical Support)
  • 884 stories shipped (Jan 2023–Jan 2025)
